Matt has overall responsibility for Blackpool Scouts. It is his role to ensure the District runs effectively and that Scouting develops so that young people can benefit from good quality Scouting.

District Youth Lead Volunteer
Gabby provides young people in the District a voice at a senior level. Empowering young people to share their ideas and have a meaningful voice in planning, implementing and reviewing their programme and opportunities.

Chris chairs the Board of Trustees. The District Board of Trustees shapes our decisions, approves our strategy and monitors our performance. Ensure good governance and that the District has the resources it needs to operate.

District Leadership Team
The District Leadership Team leads and inspires volunteers to give young people great experiences and skills for life. They make sure their District teams are organised, have enough volunteers, and can deliver a great programme.
Programme Team
The District Programme Team helps every section in the District run a safe, enjoyable and quality programme. To help do this, they bring Section Team volunteers together with activity experts.
Support Team
The District Support Team gives tools and resources to help Scouts run smoothly.
Volunteering Development Team
This Team are look after our volunteer experience which includes Welcome and Induction, Learning and Awards and Recognition.
14-24 Team
The 14–24 Team helps all volunteers in Explorer, Young Leader, and Scout Network Section Teams. They help Section Teams plan and deliver great programmes for young people.
Group Teams
Our Group Lead Volunteers manage our local Scout Groups and help the District Team in ensuring Scouting develops in Blackpool.
