Leadership Team Meeting (GSL Day)

It’s time to get together for our Leadership Team Meeting/GSL day on Saturday 9th September at 1st Bispham Headquarters.

The day will be split onto 2 halves and you only need to attend one, either the morning or the afternoon session. Each session will have the same agenda and lunch will be served at 12:30pm.

Day timings

• Morning session – 10:00am until 12:15pm
• Lunch – 12:30pm until 1:30pm
• Afternoon session – 2:00pm until 4:15pm

Whichever session you choose to attend, please do join us for lunch. i.e. staying after the morning session or arriving early for the afternoon session.

Agenda

At the last GSL meeting you chose the agenda:

1. Welcome and introductions
2. Using Online Scout Manager (OSM) and looking at its values
3. Gift Aid
4. Supporting the Adult Training Scheme
5. Transformation – what will it mean for your Group and how do we manage it?

Those of you with experience in any of the agenda items will be an asset to the session. Sharing experiences with others is a valuable tool in the journey of any leader, especially for Group Scout Leaders!
