I am delighted to announce the appointment of Victoria DaSilva as our first Assistant County Commissioner for Squirrels.
Victoria finished an incredible 10-year term as Blackpool’s DC last night and I am delighted that her break has been only a matter of hours as she takes on this new role.
Victoria will work to support our new Squirrel leaders and to develop the programme in the section. Also supporting the opening of new Squirrel Dreys across the County. I can’t think of anyone better to nurture our new section.
At this time, in agreement with DCs, we won’t be looking to appoint ADC Squirrels as the number of sections doesn’t warrant that.
This is an exciting time for the County as we continue to roll out this new section, and I know you’ll join me in congratulating Victoria on her new role.
